• Passionately want to be an Internet Marketing Professional
• Willing to own tasks and projects, committing 100% to our clients success
• Produce superhuman results when the pressure is on
• Has Creative flair but understand results are the name of the game
• Have experienced a variety of on and offline marketing tasks
• Web savvy with advanced computer skills but don’t have communication skills of a nerd
• Enthusiastic and energetic
• Can develop creative marketing ideas and projects
• Ability to work in an eclectic team environment

You will also have:

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to show initiative and solve problems
• ‘Can do' attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Solid skills and experience in digital marketing with advanced knowledge of tools and tactics to engage new online audiences through search engine marketing, search engine optimisation and social media
• Experience in writing creative web copy and producing effective online content for a range of audiences
• Ability to interpret and analyse web metrics to improve project outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in working in a team to manage projects towards achievement of agreed outcomes
• Ability to work within a team to develop, execute and administer marketing strategies

• Designing marketing literature including design and web copy
• Implementing on and offline marketing initiatives
• Co-ordination of marketing materials
• Event / Newsletter co-ordination and management
• Assisting the sales team in creating and developing business strategies
• Analysis and development of regular marketing reports for clients with detailed results
• Interpretation and analysis of web metrics and develop proposals for improved outcomes
